Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant in Metro Detroit area. The role primarily involves handling a high volume of cases in the field of no-fault insurance defense. Our workspace is a supportive and engaging environment where you will interact with a team of dedicated attorneys.Responsibilities: Responsible for efficient e-filing of legal documents. Handle litigation-related tasks in a high-volume caseload setting. Offer comprehensive support to attorneys in managing various cases. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate calendar, ensuring no important dates or events are missed. Apply your knowledge of Personal Injury Law and Insurance Defense in handling cases. Ensure all client information is accurately recorded and updated regularly. Resolve any inquiries or issues that clients may have in a timely manner.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant Proficiency in Insurance Defense Experience in Personal Injury Law Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong research and analytical skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
