Full-Time Line Cook – Scratch Kitchen

We are hiring ONLY experienced, full-time Line Cooks.

If you do not have professional cooking experience or cannot reliably follow written recipes, do not apply.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Proven, professional line-cooking experience — no exceptions

Ability to prep all items from scratch and follow recipes precisely

Strong organizational skills and a consistently clean work station

Solid understanding of kitchen flow, timing, and efficiency

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
