Line Cook responsibilities:

Assembling dishes according to our recipes and specifications

Daily preparation and restocking of foo

Performing opening and cleaning duties while keeping a clean work space

Taking on all other tasks assigned by the shift manager or Chef

Maintains regular attendance and a positive work ethic

Able to multi-task

Expo Responsibilities:

Supporting the line staff and servers

Able to delegate direction to other staff members

Running food to all guests

Performing side work and any other duties requested by supervisor

Daily cleaning tasks

Assist with kitchen prep and final preparation of dishes

Maintains a regular attendance and a positive work ethic

Able to multi-task

Hostess Responsibilities:

Seating Guests

Bussing Tables

Cleaning booths and tables

Taking Reservations

Answering the Phone
