Looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Tech for An apartment Complex

We are seeking for a reliable and skilled full-time maintenance tech for our apartment complex.

Requirements:

must have reliable transportation

dependable

must own tools

Experienced in maintenance

Knowledge of:

painting/drywall repairs

flooring

basic electrical

plumbing

re-screening screens

general property maintenance

Responsibilities:

turnover of units between residents

Completing resident work orders

maintaining community grounds

Participating in on call rotation for emergency maintenance

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

At least 2 Saturdays a month 10am-4pm

On call for emergencies-very seldom
