We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Maintenance & Grounds Crew. This role is vital in ensuring the daily upkeep, cleanliness, and appearance of our restaurant properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities

· Directly responsible for the cleanliness and order of exterior and interior grounds

· Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across restaurant properties

· Execute landscaping duties: mowing, trimming, watering, snow removal, etc.

· Monitor and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

· Assist with seasonal setup and takedown (e.g., patio furniture, holiday décor)

· Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are safely operated and stored

· Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards

· Support emergency maintenance needs, as required

· Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

· Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or custodial work preferred

· Ability to perform physical tasks and lift 50+ pounds

· Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

· Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Valid driver’s license (preferred)
