Maintenance and home repair worker

Looking for an experienced maintenance worker. Must be able to install hot water tanks, vinyl flooring, painting, cabinets, etc. Must have your own transportation, and no criminal record. This would be a full time job inside a manufactured home community. I need someone who can do maintenance work on rental homes in my community. 40 hours a week. Some weekends may apply.
