Maintenance People experienced only-Retirees encouraged to apply

Seeking to fill several positions for a large mobile home community in Oxford MI. Must have well-rounded knowledge of general maintenance. Candidate(s) should not only know maintenance but be reliable an able to work independently. The job would consist of general routine maintenance and modest refurbing of older units (not extensive or permit required work). The site is a large attractive MH community located about 14 miles from Lapeer. This is a W2 position and a background/drug test is required. Position is open immediately upon passing the required testing. Full-time preferred but will consider part-time availability.
