Maintenance Position

Manufactured home community in St. Johns, MI has an opening for a full time maintenance employee.

Duties to include, but not limited to preventative maintenance, appliance repair, light electrical repair, repairs to manufactured homes (drywall, painting, plumbing), ground maintenance (mowing, snow shoveling/salting, tree limb cutting)

Some maintenance experience required.

Positive attitude and good customer service to our residents is a Must!
