Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionSeeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot PLCs and electrical issues on presses, along with mechanical troubleshooting. Responsibilities include reading electric circuit diagrams, installing sensors, photoswitches, and mechanical limit switches, modifying hardwire safety circuits, installing control devices, using meters to troubleshoot circuits, and checking circuit continuity. Additional tasks involve reading mechanical blueprints, making physical connections to interface between computers and PLCs, performing program downloads and uploads, troubleshooting basic PLC logic circuits, changing or adding cards to a rack, reading basic pneumatic/hydraulic circuit diagrams, and wiring 2 or 3 phase motors.Hard Skills

The facility operates large presses and numerous robots.
