Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description
Responsible for maintaining and PM's of baking equipment & conveyor systems
Work with mixing, extruders, refrigeration, proofer, conveyors, boilers, silos and more
Replace, rotate, inspect and change parts of industrial machines
Connect power to machines, install motors and rewire motors
Read blueprints and schematics
Experience with 3 phase motors
Move machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, and welding on steel and aluminum material
Run conduit and electrical wiring to new industrial machines
Fabricate using a drill press, cut out holes, and make parts
