Manager - Moving Company

Locally owned and operated moving company is seeking a "working" Field Manager. Moving experience preferred. Responsibilities and expectations include but are not limited to:

Hiring Movers/Drivers

Management of Crew

Demonstrate Good Communication Skills

Team Player

Effectively Motivate and Encourage Crew

Be able to work a Flexible Schedule

Able to work in all types of weather

Be the backup if a crew member calls in

Our Field Managers are working managers and work alongside the movers. We are seeking someone who is motivated and able to work a flexible schedule. The Field Manager is responsible for the successful completion of all moving jobs and ensuring that our customers' needs and requests have been met as best as possible.

Base pay $25 - $28 per hour based on experience (verifiable moving experience) and driver's license.
