- Schedule and monitor SREA trials
- Support part shortage changes tied to launch
- Track parts from MP&L to installation, in-line testing, VOW, rework areas, and final confirmation
- Conduct EOL testing
- On site root cause evaluation and containment
- Prepare repair instructions, repair process verification, & repair oversight
- Logistics support (for parts and vehicles)
- Reduction of units remaining or added to VOW hold status
- Repair instructions
- Verification of proper procedures
- Confirmation of proper repair

- Integrate into the plant team
- It would be helpful if they know plant processes
- When shortage is learned, or if they discover there will be a shortage, help to determine the complexity of the situation and the work around

- Determine/document/trial repair procedure for vehicles that got parked (delayed production) due to the shortage
- Work through the “manage to change” process
