Are you a hands-on tradesperson with experience in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and fabrication?

Join a small, specialized team building large-scale marine equipment from the ground up. We’re hiring aMarine Machine Builder and Fabricatorfor adirect hireopportunity with a company known for high-quality custom marine vessel production.

Key Responsibilities:

Full mechanical and electrical assembly of large tugboats

Install and hook up marine engines, fuel tanks, and hydraulic components

Wire all onboard electrical systems from schematics

Perform sanding, grinding, and finishing work on metal surfaces

Work with power tools, hand tools, and fabrication equipment

Lift and maneuver parts and equipment weighing50+ lbs throughout the shift

Collaborate in a small-shop environment with a skilled, close-knit team

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, marine fabrication, or related trades (e.g., machine builder, welder/fabricator, marine technician)

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

Able to read blueprints and wiring diagrams

Comfortable with physical labor and working in a hands-on environment

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
