This diversity of professionals allows us to provide innovative & impactful solutions to the Life Sciences and Food & Bev industry in an era where speed, quality, and creativity have never been more critical. How will I contribute?You will be responsible for overseeing the discipline deliverables and budget on small to medium-sized projects. You will coordinate with internal and external architects and engineers, as well as clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors.You will manage multiple complex tasks, establish priorities, and help direct the work of others on projects, you will also have the opportunity to provide mentorship to earlier-career engineers on projects related to HVAC, plant and clean utility, plumbing, and compressed gas systems. You will develop project documents (e.g. calculations, reports and construction drawings and specifications, etc) for clients according to regulatory and industry standards and work with other disciplines to ensure system designs are fully coordinated from conception through completion.Responsibilities:Interface with clients and external partnersPlan and direct work, manage a project budget from a mechanical design perspective on small to medium-sized projects of limited complexitySupport proposal development under the supervision of a lead or senior engineerIdentify basic non-compliant existing conditions during site walks and construction field surveysDevelop construction drawing packages and write construction specifications on intermediate projects of limited complexity and with little oversightLead squad check and discipline check for small projects of intermediate complexity and drive overall project qualityLead intermediate project system design programming and master planning with support from Lead/Senior Engineers
