Job Title: Module Design ReleaseJob DescriptionThis position provides a unique and challenging engineering experience combining electrical, software, vehicle-level system performance, and program management. You will: Engineer electronic control module software; Evaluate program definition by working with platform systems and feature teams to determine content and market variations; Lead Statement of Work/RFQ package completion with Hardware engineers; Communicate with the Electrical team to support program increment software development and program milestone delivery; Lead product development milestone deliveries for software; Work in an Agile environment, support PI planning, manage software releases and content; Manage JIRA Epics and Stories to support Sagas and program increment deliveries; Manage JIRA stories status and progress through the sprint board; Manage software interface definition between suppliers and requirements in JAMA; Conduct design reviews with interfacing activities and supplier engineering; Lead program-specific software Failure Mode Avoidance (DFMEA); Lead traceability evidence from suppliers to demonstrate linkage of specifications, requirements breakdown, and test cases to DFMEA controls for safety-related items; Lead software release process and software change management; Manage Engineering changes via JIRA, DCR’s, cost approval, and software release; Provide vehicle build support (e.g., Software Release Package, configurations, BreadBoards, HIL, Development builds, Pilot builds, etc.); Lead supplier activities to diagnose bugs, determine root cause, resolution, and verification; Identify and escalate critical delivery gaps (expose in JIRA); Perform Customer Acceptance Testing; Lead software quality/warranty analysis and corrective actions.Hard Skills

Project management

Embedded hardware and software design

Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Experience with JIRA, JAMA, Sharepoint

Familiar with CANalyzer, AutoSAR, Cybersecurity, and Functional Safety

Working understanding of CAN and LIN networks

Experience with bench and vehicle testing

Soft Skills

Ability to assess, discuss, and collaborate in real time

Ability to clearly communicate with management and convey action plans in real time
