Description We are looking for a dedicated Mortgage Assistant to join our team based in Troy, Michigan. In this role, you will be part of the thriving Credit Union industry, handling crucial tasks related to closing and post-closing mortgage processes. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Key responsibilities: Handle post-closing files for mortgages, ensuring all documents are properly organized and scanned into the relevant folders. Maintain an accurate record of all mortgage documents, following the document management protocols of the Credit Union industry. Apply your knowledge of Mortgage Closing Processes to successfully complete all post-closing tasks. Use your skills in Scanning Documents and Filing to maintain a well-structured record system. Implement your knowledge of the Mortgage Industry to provide quality service and meet the organization's standards. Collaborate with Mortgage Professionals within the team to ensure smooth operations. Utilize your expertise in Mortgage Documents to identify final and close documents accurately. Apply your experience in Closing Processes to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
