Our collective determination and relentless pursuit of excellence propel us forward as a winning team, setting new standards in the world of motorsport.What you will doAs a Motorsport Controls Software Engineer within the Bosch Motorsport team, you will be responsible for the following:Software development for motorsport projects with a focus on controls software using MATLAB/SimulinkSoftware-in-the-loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testingDelivering high quality software in a fast paced environment with tight deadlinesAdhering to and improving applicable software development processesDeveloping software tools for workflow improvementIdentifying and resolving both component and system issuesProviding on-site application support for Motorsport products at customer, track, and other development sitesInterfacing directly with customers to collect and clarify software requirementsCreating and following project timelinesWorking as part of global software development teamDomestic and international travel up to 20% per year (20-30 days/year), including 1-3 weeks in Germany
