This is a 12 month contract opportunity with the possibility of either a 12 month extension or conversion to full-time employee.

  • Solid Layer 2 Foundation
  • Rack & Stack
  • Switches Configuration
  • OSPF how it interacts between L2/L3 of the network
  • Would prefer Layer 2 over Layer 3 experience
Nice to Have:
  • Cisco PrimaDNA Experience
  • Wireless/WAP Experience
Tech Stack:Cisco ACI Shop (Data Center) - core switches & routersCisco 2960x Switches
  • Deploying 9200 & 9300 switches to replace 2960s
Routing:
  • ISR 4431s, 4351s
  • Cisco SD-WAN - finishing up implementation, have two sites left
  • SD-WAN replacing DMVPN
Firewalls:
  • Cisco ASA & Cisco Firepower (Firepower replacing ASAs)
Circuit redundancy at each site via SD-WANMost switch stacks are no bigger than 5, usual stack size is 3
