- More than five (5) years experience in advanced technical support; ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Three (3) years experience in troubleshooting network system issues.
- Working knowledge of hardware/software, network analyzers, and network monitoring tools (i.e. Cisco Prime. SolarWinds, Wireshark, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft O365 Suite Administration (preferred).
- Experience in IT project management is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience and a focus on customer care.
