Job DescriptionProvide operational support that requires weekend on call for change and incident management (including break/fix) on a scheduled rotational basis • Configure, upgrade and maintain enterprise level Cisco, Nexus router and switch configurations • Configure, upgrade and maintain enterprise level Cisco wireless LAN high density controllers and access point configurations • Plan, schedule, communicate and implement WAN, LAN, Enterprise Data Center, WLAN and associated technologies (SD WAN, ACI, server switching and F5 load balancing, etc.) • Participate on WebEx bridges to diagnose, identity and restore complex network issues that impacts customer network services • Participate in planning meetings and ensure standards are implemented and • Manage and implement customer-initiated network change requests for Change Management • Participate in implementing weekend/weekday changes on a three-week rotating schedule • Collaborate with Network Service teams service owners (Extranet, DDI, Load Balancing, Cloud Computing, WAN, LAN, Wireless, Advanced Manufacturing) • New standards/projects/implementations/technologies Provide technical direction to Network Analysts and Administrators for network software and hardware implementations.

  • Required Skills / ExperienceBroad understanding large scale network layers (core, distribution and access) Solid grasp of the OSI Model network L2/L3 switching and routing protocols (IP, TCP ARP, ICMP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP) Experience in configuring and troubleshooting of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IGRP, EIGRP) Proficient in configuring and trouble-shooting Cisco routers and switches (3850, 3850 stacks, Nexus 5k, 7k, 9k serie platforms and supporting software Ability to configure various Cisco platform hardware which includes Cisco WLCs, APs, bridges and switches (NX-IOS), Cisco NCS 2000, Cisco VSS SWV, ACI ,SDWAN and DNA technologies) Experience with common network changes (VLAN, ACL, ext. ACL, VTP, QOS (policy maps and LLQ markings5+ Years’ of network experience
  • Preferred Skills / ExperienceExperience in Cisco Meraki-SD-WAN; Managed Services for Cisco SD/WAN , DNAC. Experience in Cloud Computing Experience of configuring and troubleshooting wireless/wired network devices including Cisco Air-OS and IOS-XE based Wireless LAN Controllers (5508/5520/8540/9800s), PI/MSE/CMX, Access Points indoor/outdoor with various mode (local/bridge/monitor) and various client’s laptops/scanners/cameras/IoT(iPhones/iPads/Android/Microsoft) and others Ability to understand and perform scripting languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, VBScript. Develop operational processes, procedures and documentation for peers to participate in new and emerging network technologies (i.e. Cisco ACI, SDWAN, Optical networking, Cisco 9000 series, IoT, Smart Buildings, advances in wireless, etc.)Contact
