This is a hybrid onsite/offsite position Seeking experienced and outgoing individual to join our Advanced Digital Workplace Services to lead our Modern Device Management strategy to implement Zero-Touch and Zero trust for devices and build great experience for end users. Role Responsibilities:• Lead architecting and implementing of the company's Modern workplace environment using Intune for Win, macOS, iOS, android and cloud PC for zero touch and zero trust• Align with business owners and group product owners in Europe to understand business needs and best practices and what they need from modern device management to ensure their success• Design, Implement and document Zero-Touch device enrollment with Intune autopilot for Win devices, Apple DEP for iOS devices, google Zero-Touch for Android devices• Design, implement, test, document and manage all MDM policies and configurations• Design, implement, and document security principles including data integrity, VPN, MFA, identity access management, disk encryption, Role-based access control, logging, and monitoring to meet information security compliance for devices/users.• Deploy, renew and manage all certificates DEP, VPP, APN, SCEP, PKI,…• Design and manage device images, apps package and scripts, for Win, macOS and iOS applications (using Intune SDK) to deploy to devices and company app store• Design and manage company and user data through company managed and unmanaged apps• Design, test and manage OS updates policies and rings for WIN, macOS and iOS• Highest level of escalation for support and troubleshooting in resolving problems and responding to relevant tickets.• Facilitate, Present and lead technical discussions with technical SMEs as well as customers and other stakeholders.• Collaborate with other teams and vendors to develop and implement new solutions to meet business requirements• Ability to use power BI to design reporting dashboard for Azure and Intune objects.• Primary administrator for Intune, Mobileiron, Blackberry Enterprise Servers and VSP
Education and Skills RequirementsRequired Qualifications:• 7+ years of Managing mobile devices MDM/MAM in enterprise environment (more than 10K devices)• Expertise with Intune and Modern desktop administrator associate MD101• Expert about Apple business manager, Auto pilot, Samsung Knox, google zero touch, Scripting, compliance policy, condition access, app protection policy, certificate deployment• Mobileiron Core• JAMF 300• Expert about AD, group policy, AAD, Azure Co-management and hybrid environment• Experience on migration from Mobileiron and Jamf to Intune is plus-Desired Qualifications• Managing Windows 11 Devices with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot• Advance to expert knowledge of Windows PowerShell and bash Scripting, Microsoft graph API, Power app and automation
