Now Hiring - Embroidery Team Member!

We are seeking a team player to join our Embroidery Production department! In this role, you will work to complete the production of both custom and retail embroidery orders. No experience needed - as long as you have a meticulous eye for detail, ability to pick up new processes quickly, positive attitude, and willingness to learn, we'll teach you what you need to know!

Here’s what you can expect on a daily basis:

-Quality check and trim threads from decorated garments.

-Properly fill out data tracking for all orders embroidered.

-Proactively looking for new ways to contribute, and solve problems.

-There is promotion opportunity to train on machine operation once the assistant role has been mastered.

Candidate must possess:

-Color vision and depth perception

-Manual dexterity

-The ability and desire to follow directions and learn new systems and processes quickly

-Attention to detail

-Sense of urgency

-Motivation for continuous improvement

-Ability to work individually as well as part of a team

-Effective communication skills

-Positive attitude

-Quick problem solving skills

-Previous embroidery experience preferred but not required

Availability:

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday day shift. Some weekends may be required during the busy holiday season.
