We offer top quality products to help our customers love where they live, drastically decrease their utility bills, offer lifetime guarantees on our products as well as warranty transfers! We also are big on helping our surrounding communities thrive with donations, city projects to improve homes (Renew Detroit as an example) and be part of many fundraisers!

What We Offer:

Pre-screened qualified leads provided to you (no cold calling or door knocking needed)

2-3 leads per day scheduled for you

Double commission opportunities for leads you create yourself (optional not mandatory)

No cap on commissions making an earning potential of $250k+/year (had a rep make $400k in 2023!)

$600 weekly draw available if needed

$1,500 paid to you once training and paperwork is completed

Flexible schedule to help you stay busy but also have a great work/life balance!

Pay 75% commission up front and remaining 25% once job is fully installed

Ability to sell all products instead of being limited to one (windows, roofing, siding, gutters and bathtub/shower)

What We Need:

Comfortable with presenting/demonstrating products in customer's home to help build a great customer relationship

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Be able to provide an i-Pad generation 6 or newer

Excellent communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

In-home sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
