Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Lead - Consultant Location: REMOTE with up to 25% travel within California, Oregon, Washington Client Industry: Consulting, Managed Services Direct Hire Full-Time with Benefits or Contract (your choice) Candidates from CA, OR, WA strongly preferred Visa Sponsorship / Visa Transfer provided The Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Lead Consultant will be a key member of our client's Delivery Practice. A Full-time Direct hire Consultant is expected to engage in activities in support of both successful project delivery and business development. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 15 years' experience with Oracle Financials, with at least 5-7 years within a Lead role. Hands-on and demonstrable experience as a Lead within the Oracle Cloud Financials suite. Experience developing best practices within the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions (e.g. General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Expenses, Cash Management, Fixed Assets). SME within Cloud Financials. Experience with end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations - configuring, implementing and troubleshooting and support. POSITION OVERVIEW Serve as the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Lead on projects through the full project life cycle: planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, go-live and post-production support. Working closely with client teams to understand their needs and offer solutions and design. Be able to offer industry best practices and solution design to address client business needs. Be able to create functional specifications for the technical team. Design and build of reports to support the implementation. Ability to mentor junior/offshore resources on the project team. Lead and guide the client through their implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials. Account Management/Pre-Sales Facilitate initial discovery calls - assess and map customer needs to capabilities of the Oracle Cloud Financials applications Support development of Proposals and Statements of Work Conduct demos of Oracle Cloud Financials to prospective customers Stay current with all service offerings - cross application, cross-geography Stay current with Oracle products and offerings - attend conferences, webinars, cross-training on new applications Solution Architecture Working closely with the head of Delivery and other team members, design and propose realistic, implementable solutions that incorporate client requirements, software capability and future directions. Keep up with current releases, features and practices and share with team. Act as senior client-facing advisor on designs and best practices. Perform hands-on delivery of workshops, configuration, and other project tasks as necessary.
