Order Management AssociateAdecco is assisting a global leader in marine recreation, recruiting for an Order Management Associate in Lowell, Michigan.As an Order Management Associate, you will need to be proactive, take ownership of your responsibilities, and demonstrate resourcefulness. You will serve as a key contact and liaison for customers, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer orders from order entry through to delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Reading and comprehending instructions and following established procedures· Enter and confirm accurate delivery details for customer orders.· Perform order validation and resolve exceptions, such as pricing issues.· Generate customer order acknowledgments.· Provide exceptional customer service and interact with customers to deliver quality results.· Monitor orders, process credits/cancellations, and handle purchase order revisions.· Collaborate with departments like finance, logistics, sales, and shipping to resolve queries.· Handle inbound customer calls/emails relating to orders, products, and services.· Perform other duties and tasks as requested by management.What's in this for you?· Weekly paycheck, with pay starting at $19 - $20.50 per hour· Onsite, hybrid (schedule to be discussed during interview)· Competitive benefit options, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)· Bonus incentives for referrals· Access to thousands of free upskilling courses via Adecco's Aspire AcademyWork Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PMQualifications:· High school diploma or equivalent.· 1+ years of customer service experience.· Basic computer skills.If you meet the qualifications listed above, apply to be considered for this Order Management Associate job in Lowell, Michigan.
