Outside laborer for rental properties

Outside laborer for rental properties and our personal home wanted.

We are looking for a person to clean up the yards of our rental homes and our personal home.

This includes: cutting down small trees, shrubs and other vegetation and hauling away, Shaping bushes etc, Spraying pesticides on weeds, Weeding as necessary, Getting rid of rubbish, Filling holes and dips in gravel drives, Edging etc.

Plus also completing demos and clearing out rubbish from interiors when we purchase new properties.

This is a contractor (1099) position, we pay based on agreed bid for each job.

Must be experienced with doing this type of work.

Must have own truck, clean driving license, yard tools, equipment and be able to pull a trailer.

Must live in or near Kalamazoo.

Have a can do, positive attitude to life and be reliable.

Be good team players who will work well with the rest of our organization.

Someone who is respectful, honest, hardworking and diligent, with a friendly disposition.

That have good time management and communication skills.

Our company manages a portfolio of rental homes in the Greater Kalamazoo area that consists of 135 units.
