We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. This position will involve traveling to job sites, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products, and fostering strong relationships with our builders and contractors.

Responsibilities:

- Travel to various job sites to meet with builders, contractors, and other potential clients.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.

- Identify potential customers and develop strategies to acquire new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing builders and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.

- Provide accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and product information to clients.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project updates using CRM software.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction products, materials, and industry standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Willingness to travel to visit job sites and meet with clients.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using technology tools such as CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and mobile devices.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
