Position Summary:

Responsible for the preparation of all baked goods and amenities for F&B outlets.

Position Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation of all baked goods and amenities for all F&B outlets (coffeeBAR, Lakeview, Bistro, etc) .

Responsible for the set-up, breakdown, and sanitation of designated work areas, as well as rotation and utilization of inventory.

Oversee inventory and estimate future needs.

Read and follow recipes.

Work with weights and measures.

Able to maintain consistent quality standards in the kitchen.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Other duties as assigned.

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 3 to 6 months of professional baking experience is required for this position.

Education:

A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency is required for this position; however a certificate from an accredited culinary school is preferred.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Servsafe certification is preferred.

This job is performed in and around hot ovens, surfaces with chemicals and food ingredients. All are used on a constant basis.

Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more.

Stand on feet for a long period of time.

Must be able to work early mornings, afternoons, early evenings, weekends and holidays.
