Position Summary:Maintain general patient information and financial data associated with diagnoses, treatments, payments and health insurance coverage, as it relates to medical services. Process claims, address overdue accounts, and initiate collections when necessary. Function as the primary source of information for patients who call with questions about a bill.Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities:1.Maintain a database of client accounts and billing information.
