Role: Pega Developer CSSA Location: Michigan Year contract 8+ years Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills. Should be Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) Experience designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management) Implement best practices in PEGA architecture/design/coding Deep understanding of the call center/customer service industry. Extensive knowledge of the contact center including KPIs, buyer pain points, and experience with current technology platforms and providers.
