myPTsolutions is a therapist-owned staffing company, specializing in placing Physical & Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists in travel and perm jobs across Michigan. We are looking for a Physical Therapist to fill a 3-month travel assignment in Owosso, Michigan. Owosso is located 30 minutes west of Flint. Interested therapists should hold a current license/registration in PT and be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy. This is a full time, 40-hour position in outpatient. Our client is flexible with four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days.
Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Evaluation and treatment of functional deficits or problems due to illness, injury, musculoskeletal dysfunction, or birth defect.
- Can work independently or under orders of physician/licensed independent practitioners.
- Works in outpatient, acute care and post-acute care settings.
- Development and implementation of treatment programs.
- Strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product or service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience. Recognizes and demonstrates understanding of patient and family centered care.
- 2+ years of experience - Required
- ORTHO Experience - Required
- COVID Vaccine
- Michigan State PT License
- BLS, NBRC
- Salary: $54-59/hour based on experience, benefit level and traveler status.
