Coordinate and monitor production cycles
Effectively communicate all pertinent schedules and deadlines to production staff
Forecast and establish appropriate inventory levels
Ensure that production output meets organizational expectations
Assist with planning made-to-stock or made-to-order operations
May plan and schedule outgoing shipments from the manufacturing location
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assignedExperience and Education
Perform work under minimal supervision
Handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
Possess comprehensive knowledge of subject matter
May provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group
Typically require a bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years of experienceCompetencies/ Skills
