Robotic Programmer - Direct Hire Opportunity An Automation Manufacturing company is looking for new programmers to join their team! They have positions open in Austin, TX, Normal, IL, and Auburn Hills, MI. This is a direct opportunity and this employee will be working onsite full-time and pay is negotiable. Apply today if you feel you're a great fit for the team! Basic Qualifications 1. College Degree or above in electrical / automation / mechatronics / industrial robot and other related majors. 2. US citizen or green card holder. 3. Clear English language expression, analytical skills and ability to execute according to plans. 4. Be honest, pragmatic, dedicated 5. Handle things calmly 6. Good communication and team work skills 7. Good service awareness, strong time management and work planning ability Professional skills requirement 1. Good know-how of Robotics Technology all technical levels 2. Experienced with at least 1 Robotic standards of international OEM projects 3. At least 1 years of experience in commissioning and debugging of the robotic part of body-in-white welding production lines or powertrain production lines. 4. Familiar with common processes of body-in-white welding and material handling applications. 5. Familiar with FANUC, ABB or KUKA robot programming and debugging. 6. Experience in arc welding/laser application debugging experience is an advantage. 7. Good knowledge of on-site commissioning processes cooperation with PLC and mechanical and electrical assembly peers . 8. Be familiar with electrical and pneumatic drawings Job Requirements 1. Learn and master customer control standards, and communicate with customers about potential existing problems and suggestions for improvements; 2. Write ROBOT offline program according to the production line control process and perform virtual debugging and verification; 3. Assist the site manager in the design and updates of the site commissioning plan; 4. Complete the established Robotic debugging tasks according to the project plan; 5. Record the daily risk points and problems of the on-site debugging. 6. Participate in the daily on-site debugging routine meetings and report the progress and status of the debugging work. 7. Provide debugging support and technical training to new internal employees or our sub-contractors according to on-site needs. 8. Work with the project team to complete the needed functional tests of the production line until the customer meets the different acceptance criteria; 9. Prepare training materials and complete the training of customer maintenance or production personnel as required by the contract. 10.
