Post-Frame Construction Framer

Pole Barn-MI is looking to add a skilled and motivated team member to our growing crew. We specialize in post-frame construction and are seeking an individual with hands-on experience working with barn metal and post-frame structures. Position: Post-Frame Construction Framer

Location: West Michigan (various job sites)

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Lead or Assist in the construction of pole barns, agricultural buildings, and related post-frame structures

Safely handle and install barn metal roofing and siding

Read and follow construction plans and measurements accurately

Operate power tools and equipment required for post-frame work

Work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

Proven experience in post-frame construction or a related field

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong work ethic and reliability

Must have transportation to job sites

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
