10+ years of working experience in presales in a IT services organization 4-5 years of experience leading presales teams globally Strong understanding of technology, delivery methodologies and processes Experience with delivering proposals for Managed services, Fixed price projects in addition to leading RFIs and other requests from Customers Experience delivering powerpoint presentations to sales teams and account teams Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Project, Sharepoint Experience presenting solutions to Customers Strong verbal and written skills Skills: Lead the overall presales team to manage all deliverables Critical Analysis of requests to identify win themes and differentiators Review of all deliverables from presales Manage presales team members while working on critical presales requests Able to multi-task and juggle with changing priorities Track and manage presales targets and provide tracking and reports Identify improvement areas in presales processes Performance reviews and identify strengths and weaknesses of team members Track past performance, case studies and presales repositories Review opportunity portals for pursuitsV2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer ( EOE).https://www.v2soft.com/careers - to view all of our open opportunities and to learn more about our benefits.
