What’s a typical day as Printer Operator? You’ll:Operate one or more printers at production quotas and general production runs on various substrates, samples

Maintain operability of printers including:

Warm up and shut down procedures and Ink level maintenance

Scheduled lubrications and filter changes

General cleanliness of machines

Interact with Graphics Department as needed to determine job scheduling

Arrange stock of printing material to best facilitate production

Observe safety codes for the general shop area and their machine

Other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have general familiarity with computer operation

Have general mechanical inclination

Are able to lift up to 80 lbs. pounds of material on a regular basis.

Can wear safety glasses at all times while in the shop
