We are hiring a Procurement Specialist for an automotive manufacturer in Detroit. You must have experience buying and procuring parts within a manufacturing environment to be considered for this position. You will be a part of a team of engineers, technicians, and other personnel, all in support of building heavy-duty trucks. Top Skills Needed

Shipping and receiving of parts

Preparation of overseas shipments

Matching PO's to packing slips and reconciling for discrepancies or missing PO's

Allocation of parts for powertrain repairs based off work order requirements

Entering and maintaining inventory parts, units of measure

Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies
