Position Description:Represent the user's perspective throughout the product lifecycle through discovery, ideation, and validationWork independently to complete projects at the level of whole features within a well-scoped domainDesign flows and experiences by applying user experience best practices and principles to low and/or high-fidelity designs, from wireframes to mockups to interactive prototypesConduct generative user research such as user interviews and stakeholder interviewsPartner with stakeholders, product owners, engineers, product managers, and fellow designers to iterate and oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launchExhibit exceptional communication & presentation skillsMultitask and independently manage your own priorities to work fast and deliver
