  • We re looking for an aspiring program manager to join the Advanced Products automotive team. This role will lead and manage a multitude of projects focused on our automotive products. This role will have broad exposure leading cross functional teams across the organization and will help continue the momentum of company s 360L offering. The candidate shall be focused on providing project management and leadership in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating independent work skills and strong work ethic, with a solid fundamental background in project management principles, leadership, and business skills. You will use your leadership and organizational skills to successfully implement company's projects, in compliance with project management methodologies and organizational policies.
  • The Program Manager, Automotive Products will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle and prioritizing product deliverables. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with the company's User Experience Design team, Engineering, Marketing, Programming, Customer Care, OEM Accounts, IT, Legal, and other corporate stakeholders to clearly communicate and document the features, requirements, and product status for assigned automotive applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and communicate project goals, scope, communication plan, risk management plan, and expectations to all stakeholders.
  • Prepare project timeline containing tasks, durations, resource needs and dependencies.
  • Track project milestones, change requests, and action items.
  • Ensure team adherence to the project process.
  • Regularly report status to all stakeholders
  • Make real-time decisions for assigned programs as the subject matter expert for product deliverables
  • Coordination across engineering and UX teams to drive rich new functionality in-vehicle
  • Tight coordination across Product Managers and the UX team to ensure UX supports needed functionality for new services/features
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience of program management experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Jira and Agile/Scrum software development methodologies

Technical Skills:
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and/or the Google Suite of similar tools.
  • Agile tools experience Atlassian suite experience (Jira, Confluence) desirable
