Position: Production associate

Looking for someone available 10-25 hours per week to start for the production associate in a print shop startup. This job involves processing various materials our customers need printed. We have many different types of materials we print, and the list is always growing. For now, we need someone to help the print manager with daily tasks throughout the week. If there is anyone who wants to learn more about the application of graphic design, the printing process, or developing physical marketing materials, this job would be a great fit.

This job requires someone who is somewhat flexible in their position as we are a startup and the projects we work on change from day to day. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and has good work ethic. No experience needed, just good work ethic. More hours and room for advancement are available if the candidate shows that they are capable and willing to move up.

Some tasks that might be included in the job are

loading and unloading trays of items to be printer

Cutting banners to shape and size

Shipping and receiving tasks

Moving materials in process

Stocking warehouse storage

Pulling stock from warehouse for use

Packing finished goods for delivery

Requirements:

Can lift up to 50 lbs over your head

Available for at least 10 hours between 9-5 Monday through Friday

Attention to detail

Problem solving skills

Effective communication skills

Ability to help maintain an organized work environment

Pay: 17.50 to start
