Manage planning, design, and implementation of supply chain and service delivery process excellence. You will analyze program activity, identify areas for improvement, and work with internal and external contacts to develop program strategies and proposal initiatives.WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD Key Responsibilities:

Direct activities concerned with implementation and carrying out objectives of program function or activity.

Responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation of a specific project or program.

Ensure integration of assigned projects or functions with overall program initiatives.

Analyze data, identify areas of need and/or improvement, and develop recommendations for program improvement. Develop reports on project status and issues for management review.

Oversee processes within the assigned program areas. Analyze operating practices and recommend revisions to improve established procedures.

Work in conjunction with internal departments and external government and/or non-government agencies in the development of program strategies and proposal initiatives as required.

Standard Schedule : Typically a Monday through Friday; but this position will require flexibility to meet business needs

This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.Pay Information :The salary range for this position is 110,000k to 130,000Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor's degree required

Experience: Minimum 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of program or service.

Demonstrated ability in creating presentations and developing training modules.

Excellent oral and communication skills, including training and presentations.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills

Develop project plans, budgets and strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Demonstrate analytical and decision-making skills to develop creative processes for continuous program or service improvements.

Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to work on a team.
