- Immediate role will be responsible for change management and quality assurance for County Unified Communication and Collaboration VOIP phone and WiFi upgrades including documented business unit requirements, establishing overall and business unit test plans, initial testing, pilot user acceptance testing and recommended adjustments, end user communications, training documentation and establishing and adjusting per training and implementation feedback loop.
- Goal is successful hard and soft phone upgrade for 3500+ knowledge workers and full unified communication integration of Cisco VoIP w/Jabber integrated into MS Teams.
- Role is currently remote but may be required to meet or provide on-site support/training and/or transition into Pontiac office at some time in the future
