Description:Looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for detailed planning, coordination, and synchronization of program management activities for the organization. This individual will be the primary interface between organization leadership and higher-level leaders and other stakeholder organizations. This individual will manage the assigned program calendars; coordinate and schedule meetings; record and distribute meeting notes and action items to meeting attendees; provide the status and updates on budget analyses, execution, action items, reports, and other assigned tasks; and electronically store the material from these engagements.Duties:

Planning, organizing, performing, supervising, tracking, and reporting

Interface and coordinate with higher level staffs

Provide program information, analysis, and recommendations to leadership for program action and decisions

Develop battle rhythm of activities; calendar management; coordinate and facilitate recurring staff meetings

Prepare, review, staff, transmit, and electronically store on government owned systems, agenda, briefings, papers, tasks, minutes, calendars, action items, and other program related documents

Prepare required presentation materials for on-site and off-site events

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat daily

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field

Minimum 3+ years in administrative support role

Experience with calendar management

Coordinating staff meetings

Taking notes at meetings

Experience working with data and reporting findings

Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel skills (will need to know formulas and pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills (will need to put together presentations for leadership on data findings)

Strong communication skills

High attention to detail

Self-starter mindset
