Position Description: The main responsibility will be project management to ensure timely delivery of various project milestones and grooming of the product alongside the relevant technical experts from Architecture and team SMEs to enable the client to transition towards their Factory of Tomorrow/ Manufacturing 4.0 vision. Skills Required:- Analytical skills to understand budgets and numbers with ability to drive the necessary meetings to ensure PO and budget forecasts are accurate.
- Ability to work with Aurora and Ariba system to manage purchase orders.
- Self-Starter with ability to work both independently and within group/team environment, managing work within Rally toolset as well as MS Project.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure milestones and targets are met with timely updates to business and upper management.
- Strong business consulting skill set (facilitation skills, written and oral communication skills).
- Good Programming skills, Experience in working with cross-functional teams, Ability to prioritize and deliver strategic vision.
- Familiarity with the following: Database, Functional Business Knowledge, Information Analysis and Data Modeling, Solution Design, Development, Testing and Integration.
- Strong ability to self-manage and develop work plans which employ appropriate methods to resolve ambiguity and build consensus for strategic solutions.
- Excellent time management and digital worker skills (MS Office, WebEx).
- Proven leadership skills in working with senior-level management to guide decision making.
- Good presentation skills with ability to communicate solutions and proposals to diverse audiences (user groups, partners, and senior management).
- Excellent problem-solving skills that include leading problem-solving teams.
- Excellent communicator with ability to facilitate and lead meetings with cross functional teams to deliver a technical/ process solution.
- Actively participate in stand-up meetings and provide support for delivery teams.
- Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept efforts within the Manufacturing space.
- Bachelor s Degree in science or related.
