Position Description: Effectively manages workflow and multiple projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Proactively initiates and tracks progress on projects as needed to support Governance and Communication. Constantly communicates with team members and interface with Enterprise Connectivity director level leadership, partners and internal departments to resolve issues as they pertain to special projects, governance and communications. Support organizational planning, transformation progress and timeline. Report and escalate to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Perform other related duties as assigned. Develop and execute on a strong OrgCM based communication and training plan. Documenting/updating and communication of transformation OKR's. Skills Required: - Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with a focus on SharePoint site management and administration.
Skills Preferred: - Ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Experience Required: - Familiar with using tools such as Rally, Jira.
Education Required: - Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in project and Program management.
- 2-5 Years of experience in Information Technology.
