Specific Responsibilities of this Position: The Cross Brand Programs Project Manager has the responsibility for the end to end successful delivery of business executed projects and programs that will evolve and transform business processes and capabilities. Leads the projects to ensure it meets all scope, schedule, resources and quality expectations thru entire project life cycle. Identification and delivery of business owned deliverables supporting the successful delivery of marketing performance reporting projects. Leads aspects of the projects to ensure it meets all scope, schedule, resources and quality expectations thru entire project life cycle. The project manager is expected to follow organization's standard methodologies and process.

Key Job Elements / ResponsibilitiesProject Resource & Quantity Project Complexity• Provides day to day technical management and process guidance on business/vendor activities associated with business-driven improvements and initiatives.• Ability to manage others through influence to effectively achieve outcomes, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment with changing priorities and schedulesScope Management• Aligns with project stakeholders in evaluating the feasibility of solutions proposed.• Understanding in using various techniques to collect requirements, e.g., focfacilitated groups, prototyping, etc.• Expertise in managing changes to scope with proven experience in keeping projects on track and identifying viable trade-offs when necessarySchedule Management• Develops and maintains the overall program plans across multiple projects ensuring integration of supporting work breakdown structures and schedules.• Engages cross-functional team.• Establishes work breakdown structure and supporting tasks and deliverables with clear ownership, maintains schedule and adjusts as required to keep the project on-track.Resource Management• Develops and maintains the business resource plans across multiple projects ensuring integration of supporting work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource plans.• Monitors business resource plans consistently and coordinates escalations as required to close any resource gaps.

Risk Management• Integrates project risks to scope, schedule, cost, or quality across a program or business function.• Works with supporting project teams to coordinate risk mitigation plan and action plans to address project and program issues as they arise.• Demonstrated strength in formal risk management planning, identification, qualitative and quantitative analyses, monitoring and control, and risk response planning

Quality & Budget Management• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve team performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality• Experience in Quality Assurance and applying planned systematic quality activities to ensure that projects employ all processes needed to meet requirements• Experience with measuring and reporting Quality metrics and communicating results to key stakeholders and project teams

Communications Management• Experienced and effective at communicating at all levels – from peers to executive leadership – with the ability to develop and target the right type and level of communication based on receiving audience.• Manages communications to satisfy the requirements of and resolve issues with project stakeholders.• Effective at meeting facilitation for large and small groups.• Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator - regardless of organizational structure or hierarchy.• Develops and oversees communication plans for all projects within his/her domain based on target audiences.

Required Qualifications:• Bachelors' degree (technical discipline preferred) and/or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.• 3+ years in a technical and business environmentPreferred Qualifications:• Proven in-depth knowledge of Project Management disciplines and work experience on large-scale projects/programs with a successful delivery record. Past experience managing IT software development projects a plus.• Practical experience leading/influencing internal team members and external partners/stakeholders and others who are not direct reports.• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.• Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills.• Proven capability to set clear expectations and manage team performance• Expertise in managing projects leveraging different types of project methodologies and life cycles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)• Expertise with project management software (e.g., MS Project) and collaboration/productivity tools (SharePoint, OneNote, MS Teams).
