Project Manager-LASERFICHE

Project Manager. The team is seeking an experienced LASERFICHE project manager to join the Application Services team. MUST have previously managed a LASERFICHE implementation which included LF Forms, workflows, data migration AND design. Candidate must be hands-on, self-starter, critical thinking team player possessing both technical and interpersonal skills. Must be flexible and able to multi-task to meet deadlines set by external agencies to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Under supervision, project manager will be a key contributor supporting our Application Services applications and manage a variety of projects, including request for proposals (RFP), application enhancements and new development, and implementation of COTS/vendor applications with multiple integrations all focused around LASERFICHE software. MUST possess high level understanding in the areas of project management methodology, web application programming, document management systems, API, database, and system design. Identification of the technical approach to be used on a given project and manage the system development process. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including developers, product owners, and subject matter experts. Advocate for change and effectively communicate project value, including navigating individual viewpoints and building consensus. Manage scope throughout the projects duration; Manage detailed project tasks by interfacing with team members, correlating work to a Work Breakdown Structure, and ensuring team members track time appropriately to project tasks.
