Property Maintenance personnel

We are looking for a property maintenance personnel who can look after our multifamily property. The position entails both administrative work such as dealing with tenant issues, and physical labor, such as changing locks, cut down grasses, raking leaves etc. Please inquire further for a detailed job description.

Maximum hours we are looking for is 10h/week. Pay is flexible and can be negotiated with the right candidate.
