QA Analyst

Education: University degree in the field of computer science or relevant subject Experience: 3 or more years of professional experience in software quality assurance, preferably with a web-based, Software-as-a-Service application

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience working with developers/QA analysts supporting software projects, including production environment deployments
• Demonstrated ability to compose SQL to query databases, specifically Microsoft SQL
• Experience creating/documenting/executing test scenarios, utilizing test case management tools
• Ability to investigate issues on both Microsoft platforms and Linux platforms
• Hands on experience writing/executing test cases in an integration environment
• Experience documenting change process
• Knowledge of SDLC concepts (kanban, agile, waterfall)
• Hands-on software troubleshooting experience
• Experience with compatibility (cross-browser/mobile) testing
• Experience with Jira
• Knowledge of API and experience with API testing, a plus
• Experience with accessibility testing, a plus
• Experience with payment platform testing, a plus
• Experience automating test cases using Selenium, a plus
