IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a QA Tester/Software Test Analyst 5 to join our customer in Lansing, MI. This is an ONSITE position. Job Summary:This position is a QA Tester for the Client and will function as a software test analyst on the COREY Project. Client is replacing their core business system with a system built upon the AMANDA platform from Granicus (formerly Calytera). This position will be responsible for the following activities:•-Participate in the development and documentation of the test plan.-Develop and document test cases and success criteria scenarios during development of user stories.-Execute the test plan.-Report and document defects and bugs identified during testing.-Troubleshoot and triage defects and bugs.-Create test data to validate functional requirements.-Assist Business SMEs during User Acceptance Testing. This position requires:•-Strong oral and written communication skills.-Strong organizational skills.-Knowledge of intermediate SQL functions.-Experience with DevOps-Experience with Kanban is a plus.-Effective soft skills as this position will require direct client interaction.
